EDUCATION PROGRAM Sacred Heart School is a Catholic Elementary School accredited by the State of New York. It serves approximately 230 boys and girls from Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. Sacred Heart admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin.		General Information

Sacred Heart School proudly graduated its 50^th class in June 2009.Since the first graduation in 1960 more than 1,400 boys and girls have graduated from this parish school.   Most Sacred Heart graduates have gone on to Catholic high schools. For many alumni the good start they received at Sacred Heart School has never ended. The skills and interests they developed here serve then to this day.

Following high school graduation a majority go on to college.  While Sacred Heart alumni are located around the world many remain in our community.  Our graduates can be found serving in emergency and public safety agencies, in medical, educational, and retail services.

Sacred Heart School is fortunate to have been chosen as one of more than 300 schools, across seven archdioceses and dioceses, participating in the Catholic Alumni Partnership (CAP).  CAP is a groundbreaking initiative that is enabling us to reconnect with and reengage our alumni.  In the Archdiocese of New York, we are one of 51 schools participating in a pilot program.  Sacred Heart School is working closely with CAP staff to identify our alumni and create opportunities for those individuals to once again become active members of our school community.
